Who Turned Out The Lights?

An article today in the Press would be funny, if it wasn't so d**ned annoying:

Apparently there is a mix-up as to who disconnected the lights on the bridges during Devos Place construction, and who is responsible for putting them back on. Also, I did not know that there was a $12.5 Million surplus from the convention center construction? I think it's great that the building came in under budget, but wasn't there a lot of hoopla back during the funding drive about the County making up the budget shortfall? It's now in the hands of the CAA. Why don't they use that money to repair the riverwalk areas and Ah-Nab-A-Whan Park?
