Here We Go, Again!! More Snow!!!

Snowing like the Dickens out there!!! Started coming down hard in the middle of the patriots game about 2:30 on Sunday. Hit me 35 miles north of there at about 3:00 and now we have nearly a foot already. Fortunately most of the two feet from last sunday had melted.

It's turned to rain here, after about 4 inches this afternoon.

Jeez. You all are getting pounded by snow this year! We got .5" of snow overnight, but that's it.

My friend at Michigan Tech up in Houghton says they got 23" of snow in 70 hours!!! I'm glad we never get that much down here!

Some place on the southeast corner of Lake Erie got 10 feet of snow in a week last year.

Grand Rapids, MI...the weather gods dropped a few inches of snow yesterday and sporadically today. Roads were not that bad but not that good. Problems were in the form of blowing snow hampering visibility while patches of black ice made for some interesting driving experiences. Today at noon a traffic accident took place on a major arterial road cutting through downtown. A '95 Cadillac Seville ran onto some black ice, slid off the road an smashed into a light poll. The car must have moving at a good clip as the force of the car's impact bent the light poll about 10 degrees out of vertical. Winter sucks and GR still as 4 months to go before it gets warm again.

I like the snow
