I know some people aren't happy with Fairmount Square, but I think they turned out pretty cool. They have another building almost finished, so sales must be doing OK.

I'm impressed with Eastbrook! I think its turned out very nice.

I think that they look nice, very warm and homey, even if some of the features are a bit "faux" I like how they fit into the neighbourhood.

I've toured the models, they're really really well done and thought out. I too am impressed with Eastbrook.

When Amy and I were on our training run tonight there was a giant hole in the ground and a foundation in place for the next set of two townhouses, along with prominently placed "SOLD" signs.

Also, I need to get over there and take a photo of the light pole where someone must have read the drawings wrong when they put it in. It's directly in front of one of the garage doors!
