Some updates on this one. This parking garage on the ground floor is looking interesting:

True that golscorer4. I think they are probably trying to make it a combined parking/driveway/front building facade, since the rest of the two buildings on the river will not be visable from the street because of the new JW parking ramp

No, but do we need to waste a perfectly good ground floor of a new building for more parking? Especially when there are two other parking ramps within a hundred yards, and there will be a third by next year? What a waste.

It is a waste, and it looks just plain weird. They should at the very least cover the arches with fogged glass to dress it up a little.

It does seem a shame to waste what might otherwise have been semi-public space for parking. In spite of its attempts to blend into the city, he building does look odd and unfinished.
