What does she think, that sprawl development won't increase traffic congestion, in fact MUCH more so than infill?

How did I know that Wendell Cox would be quoted somewhere in this article....

Sounds to me like she is very much against density and very much for sprawl.

And the government is trying to be cheap and save money by building on infill land???? Last time I checked thats usually the most expensive way to develop, so I doubt the city is employing smart growth to save money....

As usual, I love the positive mentions of such great urban centers as Atlanta and Dallas from Mr. Cox.... :rolleyes:
