Anyone have any ideas/knowledge on how leaders will develop the property from the newly destroyed Cedar Street Apartments? I know they're seeing how it will fit into the downtown redevelopment plan. Will it still be low-income housing?

Included among the downtown projects that he highlighted is Arbor House Condominiums, a Brown Investment Properties project. Chester Brown, president of the Brown Investment Properties, declined to comment on the 51-unit project on West Market Street.

Where exactly is this proposed? I haven't heard about it and I'm interested to see where it's at.
