Today's paper says they're now planning an indoor water park at Myers Ranch.

I wonder if indeed this will be built...

Let's not hold our breath on that one. We all know the last Water Park fell through. I still think this area deparately needs something like that. A waterpark, amusement park, something...Summers can get a little boring sometimes just going to the lake each weekend. This area's demographics are perfect for something like a Waterpark.

I wonder what the indoor water park concept would be anyways for a development like that. I"m thinking a large swimming pool with a few slides.

I would really like to see a wave pool. Now that'd be awesome but I highly doubt it.

Well after continuing to build up potential for the development now it looks like the owners are selling it off. Looks like they'll keep one plot to put a potential hotel but everything else will be sold off.
