The parking garage bounded by Washington, Richardson, Laurens and McBee is screaming to be redeveloped in these pics. Wonder how long it will take for the city to start planning for something bigger and better there. Thinking garage wrapped with retail on Washington, Laurens and McBee with apartments or something on top? Garage could be accessed via Richardson.

You know I've never been one of the people that complained about parking but it is starting to get a little cramped. They do need to look at some more parking garages sooner rather than later.

Indeed! The Bank of America tower no longer sits lonely in the middle of downtown.

Laurens Street is such a great experience now (as well as the whole plaza). I'm excited to see what's next for this vicinity (2 North Main or Greenlink parking deck?).

Talk about bad timing though in regards to having three tower cranes up at once. This one is going to come down the same week or one week before the one at Link goes up.

The green link garage is the one I was thinking. Needs a reboot or something. Retail, etc.
