Is Wynit taking over old Certus space only, or are they taking the last floor in the 2nd Phase also?

Good news regardless. Hope they continue to grow there.

This should answer that: http://upstatebusinessjournal.com/news/certusbank-vacancy-opened-door-for-wynit/

I haven't the slightest idea what rental office space goes for but $28.50 per square foot? Is that competitive??

That would be top of the market for Greenville, but considering this is the newest building in town, not to mention LEED certified, that should be expected. I sounds like Hughes cut Wynit a deal though.

New market and cafe going next to Aloft - this looks cool.

Caviar and Bananas, have been to the one in Charleston and liked it a lot, will be great addition to the area.  Might spell trouble for the deli/grocer on College st (Canciola's?).

Id have to disagree, but to each their own. Aloft is not designed to target the same client base as a Hampton Inn or Marriott Courtyard. It is focused on more of the millennial demographic with more contemporary design and the feel of a boutique hotel. As far as the building design, I love it and think it fits perfect with the whole ONE development... but again to each their own. Anytime I travel and there is an Aloft I stay at it over other hotels.

This building has replaced the Landmark as the ugliest building in Greenville!

Seriously?

I think the gray is maybe not the best choice here, considering the ONE buildings next door, but I like the base part.

The exterior neon lights are on now and make a good compliment to the ones on the BofA and ONE buildings.
