It's under the commercial tab. Maybe it is mixed use. Condos, office ,and retail.

their rezoning was from Office to Mixed Use and says "Office and/or residential...."

so either they have now decided to go just with office, or they are just marketing the office and residential separately so we see different things mentioned in different places.

I went by the building site today, The Watermark will be by Sugar Creek. It is in a tight space. There is not much room between the building and the street.

dougy racks up another cute article. i did note that there is an image of the "watermark" from the frontside. i had not seen this angle before. i like this building more and more... my only fear is that it comes off looking cheap. i hope not.

i just went to the architects site. after further review, i no longer i have a fear of this looking cheap. on the contrary.

^ oh yeah! i do love this building... i wish she was a little taller, but that might have detracted from the setting of the greenway. bauhaus comes to charlotte... amazing.

Yeah, I drove past today for the first time in a while and wow, what a nice building. It's got to be one of the more distinctive office buidings in Charlotte. In fact, I'm hard-pressed to think of another that I like as much.
