Mayor Davis, you know its kind of funny you should say that and your not the first to say that it looks like a Brazilian city ive heard it here from people that moved here from Brazil, i also think that maybe sort of why their population is growing pretty fast now a days because it reminds them of home but with less crime not to mention both have a lot of mixed race people and a long history with the Japanese. Plus Hawaii and Brazil have also produced some of the best Jiu-Jitsu artists in the world and we stole Relson Gracie from them too!
