TennBear: You think Bush uses the camera well? I think he is a terrible public speaker on most occasions.

I think that he is able to present himself as an everyman and that it is considered charming. I certainly think that he uses the medium far better than either Gore or Kerry. Neither one of them where able to use it to relate at all with the general public. If you are asking do I think that others have used it and can use it better. The answer is, of course. I think that Bush's team recognized what came across and used it well. I agree with you that Bush is not the best public speaker, but I think that he has used his every man image to make that into a plus.

TennBear: Oh ok. I agree with this. Bush certainly did seem more normal and relaxed than either Gore or Kerry. He isnt going to argue a case before the Supreme Court, but I am not sure most people in our dumbed down culture would appreciate an overly articulate Presidential candidate anyway.
