I am just hoping for one big punch from the Snyder Lot to help give a good energy boost to the city......or at least give it a cool new tallest.

You're probably right, vdogg. For a while it seemed like we might actually get something on the Snyder lot, what with the call for proposals and all. But since tomj has confirmed that the city was pushing that location for the Wachovia development that probably means there's nothing else in the works there at this time.

That would of been sweet having a big Wachovia point tower there, something like Charlotte.

What's going on with this project ?

For what it's worth this project is currently "inactive". That does not mean cancelled but it is also not moving forward at this time and technical approvals are not being pursued. Don't hold your breath on this one starting construction anytime soon.
