St. Nicholas Place - Ann Arbor ?

Last year, a mid/high-rise complex was announced last year in downtown Ann Arbor that would have takent the place of a church and parking lot. It was dubbed St. Nicholas Place, but I have heard of nothing since they last revised the project in August of 2004 with tower towers, now 14 stories and 9 stories (instead of 11 stories, and 10 stories). Does anyone know what happened to this one?

One of the people on the planning commission came in and lectured in one of my U/P classes. It's held up by something. Sorry I don't remember. I was sleeping, seriously. That's how us architect students do.
