Developer Plans West Tampa Condo Project

Morin Development Group has 10 acres between Cypress and Gray streets, and Oregon and Rome Avenues under contract. Plans are to build a $100 million project with 60 townhomes, 100 condos, 250 apartment units and commercial retail with restuarants, a deli and a hair salon. Units would start in the low-to-mid $300ks and would be marketed to young professionals.
