Was in Frenchtown yesterday looking at the new Carolina Oaks homes... I must say, they've got that Southwood Quality down to a science. Homes look like they came right out of a St. Joe portfolio.

I meant to get down Macomb to see whats going on with the old projects, but I didn't have a chance to... (well, I just forgot). I'll see if the Millenia takes me over there today.
