The Fountains at Tom Short

well it's been planned for a few years now but offices and shops are coming to the southwest quadrant of Ardrey Kell and Tom Short Roads.... this land was once owned by Harris Teeter, to note.. but i don't think they're planning a grocery store here, just smaller shops and stuff.
