Hi Everyone! I'm up in Grand Rapids, MI visiting a friend. And while I've been here I'm having a great time. Anyway, I've showed my face for the first time on UrbanPlanet in the Grand Rapids forum, so I'm going to do the same here.

It's all good. The same thing will happen to someone else, he/she visits Florida in the middle of May wearing a heavy jacket when they know full well they're sweating profusely.

I own a business located downtown (professional services), so anything that helps TLH helps me. I also almost bought some commercial property downtown a few years ago, and I am keeping my eye on things.

I moved to Southwood a few years ago, and it is great.

I also do work for some architects and developers that have been mentioned on this forum, and share their interest in New Urbanism.

Cool info thetoolman. I'm sure TJ will be along w/an official welcome. I'm just glad to have some more folks on here in the 30+ age range. I was beginning to feel really old with all the 20 somethings running around.
