There is one thing that really worries me about this whole thing that I really need to point out....

Kimberly-Clark Corp. (NYSE: KMB) expects to decide by mid-January whether to go forward with the $147 million-plus renovation.

Whether to go forward.....that phrase. The city NEEDS this to go forward. And if they decide not to go forward, the Book-Cadillac is as good as dead. Within 9-12 months the structure will have deteriorated to the point where it's not worth saving. There are serious issues with the exterior skin of the building....it is breaking away from the struture. It's already deteriorated very badly, and gets worse & worse by the day. It needs to be stablized ASAP.
