Renovation Update

I thought we could use a new construction/renovation thread for a change. They've started blasting out the exterior walls to install windows on this project. It's located at the loading dock areas behind Kinkos at Plaza Towers, and the sign says retail and office. Anyone got the scoop on this?

As an interesting side note to this, Eric at Terra Firma told us last Wednesday that this Kinko's is the busiest in the whole company. Hopefully with that kind of endorsement, they can help lure other retailers to this expansion project.
