No we are not doing the brick work on the apartments. The guy wanted us too but he could not afford us. Looks like the the amigos will be slinging those brick in on the apartments. I hope they do as good a job as we have on the publix and staples. Remember though that we still have to brick all the condos which is a lot of area to cover as of yet.

Update: The apartments are starting to get going now. The club house for them has been framed up. Also one of the elevator shafts for the apartments is around 50 ft tall now. Drive by and take a look at it. It appears the apartments will be of considerable height judging by the height of the elevator shaft. You wont miss em. The publix had the first layer of asphalt put down the other day and it is progressing nicely. Im hearing sometime in June as the open date for the Publix. Just thought i would let you know some of this unless you have not heard it.
