Are there Cosi's in the southeast (e.g., Atlana, Charlotte)? I have never encountered them in this area, although I went to one in Dupont Circle a few times when I lived in DC. They are interesting places. I am glad we will hopefully be getting a few in Greenville.

I know there's one over at the Mall of Georgia (just off of I-85 in Buford, near Atlanta). I'm not sure, but I believe there are a couple in South Florida as well. I don't recall any in or around Orlando.

In the Real Estate Transactions section of the newest Journal two of the top (in $'s) transactions for the last week of december were the closing of McBee Apartments and the other complex being torn down. IS they have purchased the property things should start moving forward very soon.

The brick apartments at the back of the site are empty.

Job trailer on site.

Utility company was working in the street in front of the site today. (disconnecting gas??)

Counted five constructions trucks on site today (for the first time).

Not may days left till the apartments are up in smoke!
