This is good news. I predict that more and more areas or cities will start to look at this sort of solution as our already stressed power grids start to fail on a more regular basis. This is essentially what caused the blackout in the NE a while back and what still continues to cause the intermittant blackouts in So Cal. Just today CNN reported that there were blackouts, or more specifically, brownouts occuring in LA. This eventually this will turn into a "business" decision instead of just being environmentally friendly.

It may very well be possible to provide SOME of the power for Atlantic Station with alternative sources, but unless it was designed from the ground up with alternative power in mind it will never be 100%.
