The Belknap Lookout area may be designated a Neighborhood Enterprise Zone, allowing homeowners to get tax breaks for renovation projects:

Belknap Lookout is the best neighborhood in the city, so get in while you can. You can also have Hilltopper and Bwindi25 from this forum as your neighbors. I hope the NEZ goes through, this section of the neighborhood could use some incentives to spark some redevelopment.
