Kind of disappointing that the Strand's pool deck lines up evenly with the Gulf Life Tower's parking garage. Anyone know if there will be any type of privacy option there?

^Hmmm, I'm sure there will be a half-wall or some landscaping up there. I really don't like that parking garage at all. My wish is that they'd sacrifice some of their ground floor parking spaces and put in some retail/restaurant space. I know the retail market downtown is kinda iffy, but if there was enough of it in one place, it could become a cohesive area. Anything is better than a concrete wall facing the street and facing the river.
