20 west has been sitting that way for 10 months now. Rumor is there is supposed to be a Looop going in there. Given there has been no movement in almost a year, I am not sure how feasible that is.

The Loop announcement was printed in the paper about 2 months ago, yet there's still no work going on with the building. I have a feeling the developer is having trouble with financing the project. I hope someone with bigger pockets comes along and takes control of the project.

The pictures are great! I really enjoyed seeing them. Also, it is a shame that the potential Loop is running into problems. It is such a great place to eat and would really benefit that area.

Yeh, i live in that area so I was getting all excited when I thought I was seeing two 4 story office buildings going up. Only to find out it was storage...

Cheers

I too was impressed by the storage building. I was furious at first when I saw that something like that was being allowed, but the brick is very urban looking. It is also one of those necessities to make that area more liveable.
