Indeed. There are many neighborhoods in the area that are also upscale, but that are not necessarily on the lake, but I don't go up there enough to know what they are.

neighborhood wise i would say some parts of lakewinds are pretty upscale, in the lake bowen area you mostly have big ass houses tucked away somewhere.

It's called the Enclave.

Actually the Enclave and the Battery are two seperate Subdivisions. The Battery at Thronblade, which is netered off of Batesville Rd., is madeup of large Charleston style Townhomes. The Enclave, which is entered off of Deveinger Rd., is a Gated portion Thornblade. I beleive that is where Jay Haas lives.

Well, the Enclave is certainly more expensive with all of the homes being $1mm+. It is where Jay Haas lives. He lives next to the Par 3 on that side.

I consider all of Converse Heights in this category except maybe Maple St. and a couple of streets off of S Pine.

Skyliner, are all of those in Greenville?

I was answering for the whole Upstate, not just my city, since the question was asked as such. There are numerous others, but if someone wants to know all of them they'll have to show more serious interest.
