Residents Offered Choice: Condo Or Office Building

Developers of a prime lot near Bayshore Blvd gave local residents an either/or option, regarding their plans for developing the property. Either allow us to build a 26 story/84 unit condo tower or an 8 story/100,000sf office building. There's a good chance that the 26 story tower will be chosen because it would generate 553 car trips a day, compared to 1,879 for the office building.
