A few Richmond stories

I've heard that while a Santa Claus has taken up residence at the Children's Museum next door to the  Science Museum on West Broad Street, the REAL one will be where he belongs -- in the downtown Miller & Rhoads building in The Hilton.

 

As a kid my mother used to take me to see Santas at both of the big downtown department stores (M&R and Thalhimers) but I instinctively knew who was who.
