Has anyone heard anything new on Tranquil Ct.? The site of the old Manor House has sat quiet for a long time, but there were some dump trucks and heavy machinery onsite this morning?

Tranquil Court is still moving along. They recently finished the below-grade parking garage and have been building the concrete-block elevator shafts. I assume they will start wood-framing in several weeks or so. I keep forgetting my camera. They certainly are in no rush to complete it though, but there has been steady progress.

I really haven't been over this way in a while so this came as a big surprise while driving up Selwyn Ave. Tranquil Ct is really moving along!! All I got was a cell pic of the steel framed building, but the wood framed buildings are moving along nicely as well.
