What are the most underrated buildings in d-town Cashville?

I'm going with the BOA building, It is similar to the swissotel in chicago

Are you serious? In what way is it similar to Swissotel?

I would definitely have to go with the older highrises. All of them. Nashville has a lovely stock of older structures that frequently get overlooked in discussions about the skyline.

The BOA building in Nashville has the triangular shape that the Swissotel in Chicago has. Because of its positioning in Nashville's skyline it isn't as noticeable so that is probably why it gets overlooked. - Just my thoughts.

Didn't the James K. Polk building have lights on the top of it at one time? You know, in the top where its kind of hollow? I seem to remember seeing lights up that when I was a kid and thought it was a really neat part of the evening skyline. If that's true, then that building's my pick.
