County with worst drivers

I was wondering, what county in the metro Atlanta area do you think has the worst drivers? I would say for me it would be a toss up between Gwinnett and Dekalb, though for allowing people to merge into traffic I would say Fayette is one of the worst. I can't count the number of times I had to force my way into traffic due to no one allowing me in.
