Yup. Roughly here. I guess it could be a city drainage project, but it looked more like site work.

Last I knew that whole parcel is in play and they were pushing to extend Philemon to 36th... not sure of current status of that.

Couple more from LYNX in the NoDa area including the new Saussy Burbank townhomes at Highland Mill, Asana's retail space in front of Novel NoDa apartments.

So Stonehenge Apartments appear to be the first tangible project from Flywheel.  Glad they're moving ...!

Lots of progress in the barrel house. Notice the new gates (one already broken), patio chairs, lots of work inside and yes, work on the rooftop patio (the guy was even working up there at the start of the hurricane on Friday with 30mph+.

Boo, I actually enjoyed taking the pup to this "park like" empty lot.    

I would rather have the green space than more apartments. I mean look how Mercury turned out with the promise of ground floor retail.

Are we talking across N. Alexander? If so theres nothing filed, subdivision or development with the planning dept.

It's Forest Hill Church. They just began occupying that building and are considering building in the future.

Huge shame, not to be downplayed. But at the same time, they thankfully designed each ground floor space on 36th St to be easily converted to retail - thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The same can't be said for countless projects around town that have closed-off units facing the street that could benefit from future retail

The lot on the Mercury side of Alexander and 36th. I don't know the purpose but they had a truck out before lunch drilling around the lot.

What’s up with phase 2 at NoDa Yards? Are they not renting well?

dont get me wrong, phase 1 is the ugliest thing I ride  past on the BLE.

Just got notice from the city that 36th St will re-open on Wednesday, October 31st at 5 pm!!! The notice includes the standard wording about weather  conditions and availability of local crews but still, potentially good news.
