Townhomes that will go up on  Brevard and 33rd st.  15 on Brevard and 18 on 33rd.

 

Priced in the high 400's, low 500's.  Pretty big though at about 2500ish sq ft.  Should get gobbled up quick.

Crescent from the other side of the tracks. The mural caught my eye from Tryon, but the deck will forever be a blight on the new park and the station. (To be fair the new retaining wall for the tracks is pretty bad too)

^^ The leasing office is open and I saw contractors coming in and out of the garage but I guess they are ready for leases.  I know @ricky_davis_fan_21 told us before but I think retail is planned in front of it on 36th St in like single story buildings.

We talked to some of the film crew doing a promotional video for it and they said that yes some of the first renters are in. They said only a few though. 

Edit: KJHburg got photos of proof, zoom into the pics on the blue row of balconies,  the top balcony has furniture.

I think the blight of the parking deck had been diminished quite a bit with the finished mural. 

One parking deck down, 273 to go...

Going to be very hard for NoDa proper until it Makes the jump accross the tracks, and unfortunately one company owns the lion share of that land.

Why would anywhere other than MAYBE uptown do that? Nothing would ever sell or rent out with out parking garages.
