140 Monroe Center

Is it just me, or did they paint 140 Monroe Center yellow (the building right next to McKay Tower? It looks like there is a lot of work going on with that building. Anyone read or hear anything about it? I believe Second Story owns it now.

They definately did something to it. I haven't heard any details though.

The building was recently purchased, and they brought Second Story Properties in to manage it. They were going to do a complete renovation of the outside, and help it be more compatible with the other buildings on Monroe Center.
