Station Park Discussion

Hi All,

My company's real estate division has informed the workers at 100 Finance Way that the Rhode Island Department of Transportation will begin renovations on Station Park begining on September 9th and is expected to be completed with construction by late October. Considering this timeline, this project sounds like a beautification project. Does anyone have any specifics on this project?

A little more info on what is going on at Station Park. Not exactly an entire makeover, but at least foundational work is being done...

at least they're fixing the grass and drainage problems. i'd say this is a pretty good start. hopefully they'll continue to improve the park (benches and trees would be nice).

maybe they are just temporarily making the park a nice place to have outside events for the last few years it has until it becomes RIPTA's new hub??! and then Burnside can be expanded into KP! all is good
