I can gaurantee you that the party atmosphere will be back in New Orleans, especially the French Quarter. Actually, alot of it already is back in the Quarter.

Speaking of skylines, do any of y'all know of any cities that put christmas lights on top of their buildings like Knoxville does?? Every noticeable building downtown as well as several on the UT campus put christmas lights up on a pole on the roof.
