where exactly is the location of this plant?

First off, welcome to the forum devin

The Packard plant proper borders I-94, just off Mt. Elliot The plant goes over the roads Grand Blvd E. (most notably), as well as Palmer, Frederick, and Bellevue streets. The plant is just across the freeway from the GM-Cadillac Assembly Plant. If you are heading North on I-94 away from the city center, the plant will be on your right, can't miss it.
