I think it's Ridgeland Drive just off McDaniel. The fence belongs to an intersting stone house at the loop of Ridgeland. The alley leads to the back of the houses facing Ridgeland.

Very cool find. I love the watercolor......the fact that waterparks existed so many years ago....mostly woooden stuctures....very cool. Wish it were still around today......could be Greenville's version of Kennywood. The topography of the land around The Peddler certianly fits with Dreamland. I've never seen any mention of Dreamland in local history books.
