Nearly a $1 billion dollar investment with a new Lower Hill neighborhood - complete with residential, buisness, retail and entertainment. A privately funded $290 - $320 million state-of-the-art (and green!) arena with nearby casino destinantion, included. All with an established outfit with a track record of getting something of this scale done (75% completed in Columbus)....

I want to see somebody try to beat this!
