If their is anyone to be blamed...and in my opinion there is NOT, the employers should be. I cannot blame a guy for coming to this country, after it was taken from him, trying to find work.

I think the driver is to blame for driving while intoxicated. He should be punished for his selfish and reckless behavior. That being said, if one feels there is an issue with "illegals" in this country then one of the ways to stop this kind of immigration is to limit their ability to work which is the main reason most of them come, imo. But that means making conscious and hard choices about what we buy, build, and what businesses we patronage.
