Perth - ParkWest Tower's

Were called Swan Panorma it's on the emu brewrey site and has been approved by both PCC and WAPC.

The towers are all residential.

These two buildings are designed Harry Seidler

-The First tower is proposed at 207m and storeys

-The Second Tower is proposed at 195m and storeys

Marketing center will open by years end and and sales will begin shortley after.

Construction to begin on car park and first tower by mid next year and should start to see it rising properly in late 06 completion of both tower to there full will occur in early 09. Tower's are nearly fully funded and should get the rest of the funding after sales begin.
