More Airline News in Dubai.

Dubai-based Emirates Airlines is targeting to increase its Kuala Lumpur-Dubai flights to twice daily by 2009 from eight flights a week now.

Flights to KL would increase from eight flights a week to nine flights a week next year and we see steady growth in Malaysia. The natural progression is that there would be two flights a day in 2009.

Also,

Emirates will be introducing a new route, Dubai-Beijing, next year, which would have a frequency of seven flights a week.

Amerates biggest market, in terms of yields, was Dubai-UK with 13 flights a day. In terms of volume, Australia was the largest with 42 flights a day.
