It should be right in the middle of this aerial (if I did this right):

The developer is Redstone Group, who developed all the condos up in the hills along East Beltline near Cascade Road and Lake Drive.

That's all I know.

Here's an article about it from WOODTV. Looks like 80 upscale condos will be built on the site.

WOODTV must not get out very much. This article in the Press says average price $150,000. That's hardly upscale (more like a starter home these days):

It is kind of high for the average condo price here :P I see most start around $80,000-$125,000 for a smaller condo.

Maybe an urban apartment style condo, but the least expensive attached "ranch-style" condos are probably Amber Creek or Amber Estates in Byron Center, and they're at least $120's to $130's (last time I checked). Two story townhouses are maybe a bit cheaper. Here's what I get when I search for NEW condos for $80 - $150 in all of Kent County:

The first 15 of the 26 hits I get are apartment style condos. Redstone's plans are for townhomes, about 6 to a building (based on the proposed plan). I know too much about this business  I wouldn't consider a condo upscale until you were above $250K.
