4th & Harrison Update

The townhomes @ 4th & Harrison are about ready to start construction. The building permits have been issued. On a side note, the Harrison Lofts, according to one realtors web site have only sold 5 of the 42 units. Normally they have to sell at least 50% before construction can start. Looks as if this may be a ways off. With the construction started on the townhomes across the street, there may be more interest in the Harrison.

I went by the site this past Sunday, and it does look ready to start. I predict that once this area gans a little momentum, it will really take off. It's close proximity to downtown and the Bicentennial Mall is a huge selling point.
