That's really not even a lot of the construction going on in Rogers. The majority of it is to the south, and then you have cities like Fayetteville, Bentonville, Springdale, and Lowell which are going through a lot of growth as well.

Matt do you know if that's some sort of aquaculture pond there in the bottom part of the pic?

^I don't think it's an Aquaculture pond, but more of a recreational pond that a homeowner put out there. This is a 5 month old picture, and I think these homeowners sold their property to the developers of Myers Ranch.

I've been neglecting this topic for a while recently. Thought I should try starting to post some pics a little more often. Here's one I haven't posted before. It's taken from the Old Courthouse of the future Renaissance Tower site.

Yeah but I think it's more than just that. I don't think it's your average Italian restaurant. Seems like I've heard about bridal pics being taken there. I've also heard that in the summertime they also have an area where you can go in and get gelato. Gelato is an Italian style of ice cream by the way. I really should chekc it out sometime.

Really? I don't think I've heard much about that. I'd like to try some gelato again. It's been a while but from what I remember it was interesting.

Interesting, not sure if I'd ever go that far just for gelato but interesting. I'll have to check out Scarpino's for gelato when it's summer again.

It's not my favorite looking building in the city but it's still a very important building in the city. I don't think I've taken a lot of pics of it before so figured I should make an effort.

I'm pretty sure it offices. Although it's not easy to see in this shot there's an 1889 date on it. One of several 1880's buildings on the Square here in Fayetteville.

Yeah Fayetteville is a rather old city for this particular region. I think only Ft Smith is older around this general area.
