What's the deal with the house with the V-shaped roof in the third picture? And what is that hotel in the second one?

The "V" shaped house looks like a penthouse apartment that was addded onto an existing structure. No historical value there.

In picture 2, there are a couple of hotels. In the foreground, the tall building is the new Westin Savannah Harbor Resort. On the other side of the river, to the right of City Hall is the Hyatt.
