No Mississippi forum?

I'd have to image there's plenty of development issues to discuss, especially in the hurricane zone.

I have yet to see one Mississippian post on here. There really isn't going to be much activity in a Mississippi subforum without anyone who actually lives there posting.

After I made my initial comment, I noticed that people do post Mississippi comments here....but on the Louisiana board.

It may not be a high volume board, but neither is Kentucky's board.......

Topics involving the Mississippi Gulf Coast are posted in the Louisiana forum, while topics involving north Mississippi are posted in the Tennessee forum.

I think more forumers from MS will come around eventually, but having topics from north Mississippi posted in the TN forum and topics from south MS posted in the LA forum seems to be working well.

Kentucky's forum is a new forum though. The activity is not anywhere near what it may become in the near future.

It will take time for the Kentucky Forum to catch on and for people who are interested in, and/or from, KY to realize it exists (ie lurkers, occasional visitors, etc). We've already had several new folks come onto the site to post in that forum since it was created, so it should heopfully pick up in the future. I only know of one MS forumer currently, but hopefully that will change in the future as there is alot of positive things that should the cities and towns of Mississippi in the coming years.

I'm sure if there were enough MS posters regularly starting topics on the other forums there would be a MS forum, there just hasn't been demand. The Arkansas forum is hopping and there's no reason if 2-3 posters started the ball rolling that MS couldn't have the same thing.
