Copper

Toronto, North York Infill

Recommended Posts

North York is a former borough(now amalgamated) of Toronto, suburban in nature. It is seeing some major infill at the moment, it is a prime candidate for infill as it borders a major highway and has a subway line underneath it.

BTW, I dont know if this is the right spot for this but it seems "new urbanism" enough

Overview of whole area, North York skyline could rival some large cities

As said, a major highway helps

As does a subway line

There is much more to it than that but that gives you an idea.

Looks like that area of Toronto is really growing. Toronto should have a real impressive skyline in the next few years.

Toronto also has a very long skyline. On a clear day looking over Lake Erie it is amazing.
