Wedgwood Park Phase III (Nashville)

I drove by the Wedgewood Park aka Wedgewood Lofts. There is a sign up for Phase III on the lot. The Apartments right behind would have been Phase I. Lets keep em coming.

Also the old Melrose lanes are being torn down. At least that is what it looked like from the interstate. Looks as if that project is full steam ahead.

Wedgewood Park is cool. It looks like somebody dropped a small town at the intersection. I agree keep them coming and wrap the entire block. Then, we wouldn't have to look at the apartments behind them.

Sidenote: D'Cache is GONE! Hopefully something will happen on the block soon even if it's just the gym for Hume-Fogg, it'll be an improvement.
